Cancellation Policy

Life is ever-changing, that’s the beauty of it! 

However, please allow at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of their start time and/or “No-Show” appointments are subject to a fee of up to 50% of the service charge.
