Returns for a full refund will be accepted within 7 days of the original purchase, and exchanges may be made within 14 days of the original purchase. Purchases exceeding 14 days are no longer eligible for either refund/exchange options, no exceptions. If you receive a defective product, we apologize! If you encounter a defective item, please notify us immediately and we will issue a replacement.
